City of Durham Water Management Department

Water conservation often comes down to the proper maintenance of home plumbing systems. We’re proud to partner with Durham Water Management to provide public workshops focused on fixing leaks, lowering utility bills, and completing common toilet repairs.

Community Home Trust (Chapel Hill)

Community Home Trust (CHT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions in Chapel Hill and Carrboro, NC. Since its inception in 2000, CHT has been committed to creating and preserving permanently affordable homes for diverse populations, including teachers, healthcare workers, and other essential community members.

Partnering with Community Home Trust, we offered home maintenance classes tailored to new homeowners. These classes cover essential topics, helping participants become self-sufficient and confident in maintaining their homes.

Chapel Hill Library

At the Chapel Hill library we hosted multiple DIY classes including Home Fundamentals and Maintenance Fundamentals. With the support of the Chapel Hill Library’s resources, we were even able to host our first class translated in real time to Spanish.
